The Ontario Provincial Police have charged three people for assaulting a youth who was also forced to commit bestiality with a family pet in South Stormont Township.
Two men, aged 29 and 31, as well as a 29-year-old woman have been charged with assault on the youth.
The 31-year-old man is also being charged with compelling the commission of bestiality. The man compelled the youth to commit bestiality with a family pet, according to OPP Const. Joel Doiron.
All of the accused are known to the victim.
The charges come after an investigation that began on April 1. The investigation found that over the month of March, a youth was assaulted on several occasions by the suspects
The OPP arrested the suspects on April 9. They were released and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on May 28.
