Spring is finally here, according to a City of Ottawa tweet.
That means the city’s baseball diamonds open are set to open on Friday.
“Go hit some homers!” the city wrote in a tweet sent out Thursday.
The opening of Ottawa’s baseball diamonds comes just a few weeks before Ottawa’s new pro baseball team starts their season on May 22 at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Park.
