Not to put you off the poutine: In new exhibit Animals Inside Out, real animals preserved through plastination — replacing all the liquids with polymer — provide incredibly accurate anatomy lessons in an exhibit describing why animals are suited to their environments by emphasizing a particular part of each animal, be it musculature, digestive or cardiovascular system, on until Sept. 20, Canadian Museum of Nature.
