Where can I buy good tipples? Such as gin, rum, vodka, brandy, whisky or Scotch?

I mean, a cheaper place.

SAQ on the other side of the river may be a good one to give it a try, it's like a whole sale liquor store. The one I always go is near Civilization Museum, whoops...

I can't find duty free stores, or SAQ, LCBO is so expensive
