Hi . My name is Ellen . I have one room that for high school or college long-term student homestay. Meals provided. All inclusive (meals, heat, air conditioning, water, electricity, laundry, high speed internet). Common areas of the house are cleaned regularly by me, including the bathrooms.
The room is on the upper level, a double bed, desk, chair, and closet. $750 per month. The room has access to a full bathroom .
I open home daycare on week day from 8;00am to 5;00pm.night and weekend are very quit . speak English and Chinese. if just rent room the price is 550/m.
