怎么说呢，Bell个人觉得信号质量不错；问题是，它这里说的99.99明年可能就是150了，后年可能就是250了。它说的三年期，可不是三年期不涨价、不变价的意思，而是你没用完合约规定的三年，你要交罚款。当然，你要问任何一个sales，它都会信誓旦旦的说，三年都是99.99，但是所有的Bell用户都知道Bell从公司成立开始到今天一直是怎样出尔反尔涨价的。这是因为它的合同总有个地方用小字写着，Bell对于合约的任何条款都有最终的解释权。

Bell may change the Contract, including the Fees (defined in Section 14) and Bell Services, by giving you at least 30 days’ prior notice in writing of the change. Bell may give you notice by posting it on bell.ca, by including it on your invoice, by sending it to you by email, or by any other reasonable method. Subject to Bell’s right to make changes, no other statements (written or verbal) will change this Contract.
Teksavvy这方面是所有Provider里面最好的, of course TSI can't make everybody happy neither, 也有不满意的.
