一个朋友是渥大的博士,她下半年不在渥太华,想短期转租她的一室condo(带独立厨房和阳台)。她是爱尔兰人,所以广告是英文的,有感兴趣者请按照广告中电邮直接与她联系。谢谢。
I'll be away from end-August 2015 until mid-January 2016 and I'm hoping to sub-let my furnished one-bed condo with a separate kitchen on Dalhousie and Boteler. It's 10-15 mins' walk to the University and at a push, an 8-minute cycle if the wind and the traffic is right!
It's on the 12th floor of a well-managed, quiet and secure building; has a balcony with a table and chairs and views of the Gatineau hills (lovely for drinks in the evening!) and has lots of light; lots of storage; laundry in the building and parking is also available. There's secure storage for bikes. A gym and outdoor pool are also available. The rent is $1050 a month and includes utilities and air con. Internet is also available for an additional $50 a month – I'm currently using Rogers.
There are some lovely coffee shops, chocolate shops and a few funky boutiques nearby and it's a few blocks from the Byward Market, and Metro & Loblaws on Rideau Street for groceries.
It may suit someone coming to U/Ottawa for a semester, or someone coming to Ottawa to work on contract, or visiting family.
I'm happy to forward photos or answer any questions on it. Please contact me at sairey@acuitas.ca. Thank you very much.
