24-year-old man in hospital after being pulled from Lac Leamy

A 24-year-old man was taken to hospital after he went missing in the water near the Lac Leamy beach on Thursday evening.

Gatineau police said the man was with friends before he went missing in the water. Beachgoers then found the man and pulled him in.

Police said the man was taken to hospital in Gatineau but were unable to provide information on the patient’s status.
