Ottawa police are asking for the public’s help after a 15-year-old was reported missing as of late Thursday afternoon in the city’s west end.
Dylan Carroll was last seen on Thursday at 5:15 p.m. near Citiplace Dr. in Nepean. He is described as a 5-9 white male with short, dark hair and freckles, weighing around 135 pounds. Police say he was last seen wearing red basketball shorts, a red or orange T-shirt and sneakers.
