Ottawa police are looking for the public’s help finding a 17-year-old girl who went missing Tuesday.
Patricia Brand has been missing from her youth home since July 7 and was last seen at another group home in Ottawa’s east end on Thursday, where she briefly stopped in to eat, according to police.
The youth home is concerned for her well-being, police said.
Police have described the girl as white, 5-5 and 160 pounds, medium in build with brown eyes, long, straight red hair and who sometimes wears eyeglasses. She was last seen wearing a pink and black shirt with a white striped skirt.
Police have asked anyone who knows the girl’s location to immediately contact dispatch at 613-230-6211. Anyone who has information that could help investigators find her should contact the east general assignment section 613-236-1222 x3566.
