Police ask for help finding missing 29-year-old man

Ottawa police are asking the public for help finding a 29-year-old man who went missing Saturday.

Pavel Bloch, from Ottawa, was last seen on Saturday morning in the 300 block of Montreal Road, police said. His family is concerned for his well-being.

Police described him as Caucasian, five feet seven inches (170 cm), 140 pounds (64 kg), with short rown hair and a slim build.

No clothing description was available.

Anyone with information on Bloch’s whereabouts should immediately contact Ottawa police dispatch at 613-230-6211. Those who have other information that could assist investigators are asked to call the missing persons unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 2355, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
