SEMINAR: Applying for Medical Schools in Canada and USA
Daniel and Stephen Wang, both blessed by God with the opportunity to pursue a Medical Doctor Degree, would like to share their journeys of applying for medical schools in Canada and USA.

Free admission. Free will offering is appreciated.
This seminar is designed to give helpful information to junior/senior high school students or university students interested in pursuing the medical field, as well as their parents. High school students would benefit from a greater understanding of the commitment required in order to matriculate to medical school, and university students would benefit from advice in the application process to both Canadian and US medical schools. Parents of these students would have a better understanding of how to guide their children effectively. The seminar will be led by Daniel Wang, an incoming M1 at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine, and by Stephen Wang, an incoming M1 at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. There will be a question and answer period after the seminar concludes to answer specific questions. Attendance is free but a free will donation is appreciated. All monies collected will give toward the church building expansion project of Ottawa Chinese Bible Church. The seminar is estimated to be 2 hours in length (1.5h lecture + 30m questions)
