在网上（flightnetwork)订票的遭遇

前几月cancel了一张在flightnetwork上订的机票。
flightnetwork 发email回复我：
- "you now hold a future travel credit" (原机票全额转为credit）
- “ You will be charged a cancellation fee of 169.50.
- "At the time of rebooking you will pay the re-booking fee of 200.00 per person, plus any fare and/or tax difference。 If the fare for the new ticket is lower, any residual amount will be forfeited.”
当时我同意了，付了$169.50

最近我重新订票，并使用过去的credit结算。flightnetwork硬是将re-booking fee 改成$300.
“.... plz note change fee is $300.00 +Fare difference and taxes, ...”
并解释说以前的$200是“typo"!

口气特别无赖又强硬。

诸位有什么高招吗？

如果用带旅行保险的信用卡结算，应该全额退款吧。

那是你request cancellation以后收到的条款。我的意思是，一般在订票后会受到confirmation email，那里会有这种policy和fare rules，可以查查看，是$200还是300。

以后这种third party网站要小心，可以查询票价，再回到航空公司的网站上订，一般价钱不会差太多，但航空公司保险很多。。。lessons learned.

打电话到信用卡公司，附上当时取消订票时的合约，要求索回网站的多收费。

我买的机票 行程单上写的价格是8800港币，但是我实际交的费用是4000多RMB
