Ottawa police are investigating the discovery of a body in the city’s south end, though police have not yet determined if the death is considered suspicious.
Police received a call around 10:55 a.m. Wednesday by a passerby reporting the discovery on a trail near McCarthy Road and Paul Anka Drive. Police have not yet disclosed the gender or age of the person found.
East district general assignment investigators currently have the case.
