A 53-year-old Kemptville man who police say performed an indecent act in view of traffic on Highway 416 will appear in court.
Ontario Provincial Police say the man was arrested after they received a complaint of a nude male on the County Road 44 overpass on Highway 416 just south of Kemptville on Saturday morning.
The man is charged with indecent exhibition and performing an indecent act in a public place.
