Blue Line Taxi and Coventry Connections settled on a new agreement Friday night, preventing strike action from the taxi company’s drivers.
The agreement, which includes reduced dispatch fees, comes at a crucial moment as the drivers could have gone on strike as early as Monday.
Capital Taxi, meanwhile, has been offered a deal but has not yet voted on it. It threatened that its 400 drivers would strike Monday if no agreement is reached.
