Hydro Ottawa’s Special Needs Day at the Capital Fair

Hydro Ottawa, in conjunction with the Capital Fair, hosted guests to a special day at the fair.

Volunteers were on hand to help the special needs guests, who in many cases would not be able to take part in the rides.

In addition, the guests were treated to lunch with ice cream, a Karaoke party, entertainment and a petting zoo.
