Ottawa Fire Services rescinds open-fire burn ban

The abatement of the recent heat wave and welcome rainfall has prompted the Ottawa Fire Services to rescind the recent burn ban.

Fire officials remind residents that they must still obtain a permit for any open-air fires.

Before setting any open-air fire, contact Ottawa fire at 613-580-2880.
