Three adults and two children are out of a home after an overnight fire on Courtyard Crescent, near Hunt Club Road.
Emergency services received the call at 2:47 a.m., and 12 vehicles responded.
With smoke coming from the eaves, a working fire was declared, and all residents were reported out of the house.
Police and paramedics were also on scene. Paramedics assessed everyone as a precaution — no injuries were reported.
A fire investigator has been called to the scene. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but the damage to the home and its contents is estimated at $200,000.
