I will get backup camera and probably also parking sensors. 2 purposes: to avoid this happen again, proof to show who make mistake. Near parliament, yesterday when I pulled my car from parking position firstly, another car also moved out car from the parking position later than me. I stopped our car quite earlier than that car, and alarmed him by pressing horn. Their car still hit our car. Totally his fault but they claimed both parties need take responsibility. The white lady even insulted us: "go back to your country"

It is said the moving car hit stopped car will take full responsibility. Unfortunately I have no witness and no backup camera to prove. Hopefully adding backup camera can help.
