Ottawa police are investigating an assault that occurred on an OC Transpo bus outside the Rideau Centre Thursday morning.
Ottawa police Const. Marc Soucy said one person suffered injuries in the alleged assault which occurred just after 8 a.m. on the bus on Rideau Street.
The street is closed to all but bus and taxi traffic due to construction.
OC Transpo has alerted that riders can expect delays while the police investigation continues.
