A 23-year-old man died following a single vehicle collision near Russell Saturday.
Russell County OPP said Robert Donner was driving southbound when he lost control of the 1996 GMC Sierra he was driving on Eadie Road at about 5:45 a.m. Police said Donner was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.
