Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson and Councillor Jan Harder, Chair of the City’s Planning Committee, will take part in announcing recipients of the 2015 Ottawa Urban Design Awards. This is a biennial program and the 2015 awards will honour exceptional projects built in Ottawa between September 1, 2013 and September 1, 2015.
Date: Wednesday, September 30, 2015
Time: 5 to 6:30 p.m. (Formal awards presentation will begin at 6 p.m.)
Location: Horticulture Building, 1525 Princess Patricia Way, Lansdowne Park
Parking: On-street parking available nearby. A commercial parking lot is available on site, accessible from both the Bank Street and Queen Elizabeth Drive entrances.
The ceremony will be followed by the 2015 Ottawa Urban Forum lecture. A list of 2015 Ottawa Urban Design Awards recipients will be listed at ottawa.ca on Thursday, October 1.
