Roadwork will reduce the Portage and Champlain bridges across the Ottawa River to a single lane in each direction for three nights starting Wednesday.
The National Capital Commission said motorists can expect delays on both bridges between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. while crews repair asphalt Oct. 7 to 9.
The NCC urged motorists to exercise caution, respect work crews and equipment and obey flag persons and signage on the bridges.
