A 36-year-old fugitive wanted by Ontario Provincial Police for allegedly sexually assaulting a child in 2014 has been arrested in Vancouver.
Robert James (Jamie) Fowler, also known as “Rob Buffum,” was arrested in Vancouver on Oct. 6.
OPP have charged Fowler with three counts of sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age, three counts of sexual exploitation and three counts of sexual assault on a person under 16 years.
Fowler has been escorted back to Hawkesbury and is in custody pending a bail hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday.
