Ottawa – The City of Ottawa will announce the recipients of the 2015 Ottawa Book Awards and Prix du livre d’Ottawa on Wednesday, October 21 at Ottawa City Hall.
Awards will be presented in the categories of English fiction, English non-fiction and French fiction, along with the Archibald Lampman Award for Poetry.
Date: Wednesday, October 21
Time: 5 p.m. with reception to follow
Location: Ottawa City Hall, Jean Pigott Place
110 Laurier Avenue West
Nominees will be available for media interviews both prior to the awards ceremony and after. Descriptions of short-listed books and author biographies are available online at ottawa.ca/bookawards.
The event is open to the public. Please join us for this literary celebration and commemoration of the past 30 years of excellence in Ottawa’s literary community.
