Question of the Day - Should the Liberal government restore door-to-door mail service in Canada?

Canada Post has halted its community mailbox program following the Liberals' election win.

Carleton University business professor Ian Lee estimates that saving door-to-door mail service for the 30% of Canadians who now have it would cost taxpayers half a billion dollars a year -- to restore it to all Canadian addresses, the cost would be $1.5 billion annually.

Should the Liberals carry through with their election pledge, or would the money be better spent elsewhere?

这样比较公平：丈量从家门到信箱的距离，越长property tax收的越少。
