辅导的人是public nurse和certified lactation consultant
如果你要用吸奶泵帮助下奶的话，可以免费发你一套新的personnel contact kit($65)，和免费租给你hospital-grade breast pump (worth $3000, daily rent at Shopper's Drugmart Healtth Centres about $10; 一般的$100-$400的吸奶泵是personal pump, like toothbrush, you cannot share others' or buy a used one because you and your baby would risk infection).

辅导的人是lactation consultant，网页右侧是clinic时间表。
第一次去$35，以后每次$15。好处是人少，少排队，每个人得到的辅导的时间多。
还有可以上门家访的certified lactation consultant，每小时$80两小时起，有的人在breastfeeding clinic喂得好好的，但在家就不行，原因是家里的沙发、哺乳枕等的问题造成姿势不对，可以找哺乳师上门给看看。上面那个网页左手有各个哺乳师的联系方法。这有一个例子：

在产前third trimester就应该去上免费的breast feeding education session，网上报名:

这个是certified lactation consultant讲的，和市政府办的那些public nurse讲的prenatal class很不一样，内容充实很多，实践性强，也纠正一些错误观念。会教你在产前就正确地挤初乳帮助下奶，并把储存好的初乳带到医院给新生儿喂。市政府办的那些public nurse讲的prenatal class我感觉缺乏实践经验，照本宣科，等你生了以后发现他们的传授与实际脱节。

还有就是国际母乳喂养协会在各地的分会，免费的，欢迎孕妇参加聚会辅导，有辅导员带。这里你能见到把孩子哺乳到5岁的妈，也能会会其他的妈妈、准妈妈，能听到很多在老外中流传的育儿信息，比如孩子吃不好奶，可能是tongue tie, lip tie, or cheek tie，某位dentist专门做解决这种问题的手术很有名；请doula的经验，怎么请，到哪去找，以前用过的推荐，等等。。。
