Ottawa - Mayor Jim Watson and Councillor Keith Egli, Chair of the City’s Transportation Committee, will celebrate neighbours helping neighbours at the second annual Snow Angels recognition event.
Twenty-five Ottawa residents were nominated this year as Snow Angels for volunteering to help elderly or disabled neighbors during the winter of 2014-15 by clearing snow or ice from their driveway, steps or walkway.
