No, each one has to fill out one. I did it for my parents several months ago.

There is a guide actually, you just need to follow the guide.

不过有人说填一份, 有人说每人填一份. 那到底是是一份还是两份呢? 加拿大驻北京大使馆的网站没有说明这一点啊..

On the first page of application kit, it's clearly said that "Each applicant must provide:

1. Two signed and dated copies of the “Application for a Temporary Resident Visa” form ...."

I don't know if the other people did it successfully by submitting only one application form. For me, I did the same thing for my parents, my brother and his wife, each person filled out one application form. They all got their visiting visas. No problem for that.

By the way, if you need more information, you can send me QQH. I will tell you more.

填两份申请表,一个是主申请人,另一个是随行人员.担保书(邀请信),银行帐单等金融资料提供一份即可.使馆会把两个人放在同一case里处理.

谢谢你的COMMENTS. 我也知道网上写着"EACH APPLICANT MUST PROVIDE...", 只是有些朋友跟我说父母亲申请只需填一份VISA的APPLICATION FORM.. 所以我很迷惑..

不过现在我大概知道情况了, 安全起见, 我就填两份吧!!

我父母每人添了两份。9月1日递的材料，当天下午就拿到了签证，也不要体检。
