求教：上个月买的二手车，昨天发现后闸的闸皮没了，还在safety check 的有效期，但是刚刚过了一个月的warranty。去找dealer，他说没他的事。是不是只能我出修车费了？

Do you mean the brake shoes wear out now? If so, it shouldn't be able to pass the safety check one month ago. Did you buy the car with safety check? Or did you do it by yourself? If the dealer had a garage perform the safety check, you can definitely go back to the dealer.

very simple, go back talk to the dealer with ur safty check, tell him to fix for u,
if not, u will report to bad business bureau......if they did safety cehcek on ur car which as u said one month ago.

Where is the bad business bureau?

BBB is very famous here in Canada, by reporting to it, it will set up its own data base. And later on, when comsumers phone BBB again, they can tell if the seller has good fame or not. Basically, you can look BBB up in a yellow page.

我刚才给 mechanic 打电话说明了情况，他又联系了dealer。因为我急着用车，已经自己找garage修理了，那个dealer答应付给我部分修车费用。

转眼就快一个月了.可恶的DEALER一直拖着不解决.
事情是这样的:由于开始我去找他们,他爸(他的雇员)先骗了我,说SAFETY CHECK一个月有效(其实是36天).并且坚决不管.我急着用车,只好自己修了,花了大约300块钱.事后一查,其实按36天的话在有效期.因此又跟做SAFETY CHECK的机械师联系,后来DEALER答应给一部分补偿.但基本上我每天都打电话,他总找理由,说他们做财务的人不在,等等.后来又说让我找回换下的部件做证据,我当然是找不到的了.直到今天,我说再不解决就通过其他方式解决,如找相关机构.他马上说给一半,让我过几天去.可是一半我实在觉得心理承受不了.大家认为怎么办?不给全部就去报告BBB还是要一半算了?找BBB能要回钱吗?
