是一个HOUSE 有两层，地上一层和地下室一层，但是地下室的房间也有窗户，每层各三个房间。
本月12月就能入住。
450刀包含了所有费用：上网，水电，洗衣服，供暖……
我今年刚来这边，男，在渥大上学。在这里住了快三个月了，感觉还不错的，室友都挺友好的。
目前除了我之外还有一个加拿大大叔和一个斯里兰卡大叔。
说一下优缺点吧~
优点：
1）屋子挺宽敞，各种家具设施齐全。厨房里锅碗瓢盆都有，有洗衣机和烘干机，跑步机，健身房练举重的那玩意儿，还有一架钢琴，一个后院可以BBQ。所以拎包入住就好了。
2）房东是个老太太，隔三差五会来一次，房子有问题她都会解决，不用自己操心。
3）小区很安静很和谐。
缺点：
离渥大稍微有点远，坐公交25分钟左右，要在Billings Bridge转一次车。离卡大太远了 50分钟的BUS，不建议卡大的童鞋来租。

Living arrangements:
Looking for male or female tenant (current tenants are all male).
-Keyed (locking) room
-Split house with two separate living areas. Each area is shared by two others, and includes the bathroom, kitchen, and living area.
-Shared access to laundry room, shed, and storage.
-The house is quiet and located in a family neighbourhood.
-We like to keep it clean and comfortable.
All inclusive:

-High speed internet

-Furniture (optional)
-Parking extra (optional)
-Non-smoking and no pets.
-Require at least two rental or work references.
