Ottawa police have charged a man with sexual assault following an investigation into an incident reported at a Stittsville hair salon in October.
Police said they were told that a teenaged female client was inappropriately touched at the salon in the 1400 block of Stittsville Main Street.
Ahsan Tamish, 41, of Ottawa, is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference. He was scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon.
Police believe there could be other victims. They area asking anyone with information to call investigators at 613-236-1222, ext. 5944.
