Gatineau police are looking for a suspect in connection with the theft of $9,000 in cash from an Aylmer store more than a month ago.
They won’t name the business, but said it’s a big box store near the centre of Aylmer.
They believe the man in the photo entered the store on Oct. 31 and went into the store’s office, where he found $9,000 in $20, $50 and $100 bills.
He is described as Caucasian, 45 to 55 years old, about five feet, nine inches tall, weighing 180 pounds. He was wearing a lightweight blue jacket with a hood, a black Cobra golf cap, and jeans.
Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call Det.-Sgt. Robin Fortin at (819) 243-2345, extension 6224.
