The wife of a Gatineau man who went missing more than a week ago made a public appeal Tuesday for anyone who might have seen her husband to come forward.
Yves Cyr, 41, was reported missing when he didn’t return home from work. He was last seen in an industrial park near the Gatineau airport. Police said there are concerns for the man’s health and safety.
Police said Tuesday that Cyr’s 2008 red Ford truck was found in the parking lot of a McDonald’s at 378 Maloney Blvd. W.
Cyr is described as Caucasian, 1.68 metres tall, weighing about 100 kilograms, with blue eyes and brown hair. He is francophone.
Anyone who saw the truck or Cyr should call Det. Sgt. Pierre Bastien at 819-243-2345, ext. 7820, or call 819-246-0222.
