It was the most wonderful time of the year for dozens of area children, and their parents, who trooped to the Billings Estate for the annual Elves of the Estate event.
The kids got to dress up like Santa’s helpers, meet the big red man himself, read stories with Mrs. Claus and make their parents a secret gift.
They also got to hang out with Santa’s reindeer, learning navigational tips and other secrets in advance of the big day.
