A three-year-old boy was taken to hospital in serious but stable condition after his leg was run over by a truck on Christmas Eve morning.
Paramedics said they were called to the Ottawa Train Yards parking lot at 11:49 a.m.
Police believe the boy ran in front of the truck before he was hit.
The boy suffered a fractured ankle and facial injuries.
He was taken to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario in serious but stable condition.
