Call or not?

Does a girl like one of her ex-boyfriends to calll her to say hello?
I often wonder if an ex girlfriend of mine is doing fine, but I have never called, because I am not sure if she would like it or not. It's been over a year since I broke up with her, and I wonder if she would like to know that an ex-boyfriend still cares about her, as a friend. Any suggestions? Any input?

You sould improve your English, "mind" is not supposed to be used with "to do something".

My suggestion is that you should improve your English first as well.
"if she doesn't mind..." should be "if she wouldn't mind..." That is the subjunctive mood.

Thank you for the comments. A quick thought prompted me to write that message and I didn't think much about my English accuracy. I have corrected a couple of typo errors. Could you please point out other errors you have identified? It'll be much appreciated. Learning English is a life time learning process for me. There is always room for improvement.

I am sorry, but I don't have the software to type Chinese. I also think it's much harder to type Chinese than English.

I am very hesitant to call, not because I am afraid it's not fair to my current girlfriend, but because I am not sure if this ex girlfriend will appreciate it. I myself would appreciate such a phone call from an ex-girlfriend, knowing she still remembers me and cares about me.

Although I do care about her and I want her to be happy, I probably won't call. I guess I will wish her good health and happiness in my heart.

I don't agree that a current girlfriend should feel troubled by such a phone call. Such a phone call is only for a good wish, not to rekindle a past relationship. I don't know if my girlfriend will mind. She probably will.

I don't think is a very good idea to CALL ur ex, what about if her bf picks up the phone or something? How u going to deal w/ that? my suggestion is that if u still want to know how she is doing, just email her, OR chat w/ one of her friends. Don't do the direct contact.
then, she will know that u still care for her, contact u back or not, is totaly up to her, give her sometime to think about if she still wants u around. Good luck
