A small fire outside an Ottawa Housing residential building Saturday night is being investigated by Ottawa Police as possible arson.
The fire began at about 10 p.m. in the 300 block of Wiggins Private, police said.
Ottawa Fire Services said the very small fire was caused by some burning carpet left outside a low-rise, residential building. The fire was quickly extinguished.
Officers remained at the scene Sunday morning.
