Looking for a full-time accounting clerk

The largest flower wholesale company in Ottawa - Valley Flowers Inc is looking for a full-time accounts receivable clerk.

Duties include :
· Collecting payments by phone calls and emails
· Post journal entries
· Preparing monthly statement
· Conduct bank deposit
· Answering telephone calls and direct to the right person
· Back-up for payroll and accounts payable
· Perferred candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SAP Business one(or any other accounting software)

Requirements:
· College degree or diploma is a must
· Strong computer skills are a must
· Fluent in English
· Will be able to work during holidays and work overtime
· Team spirit
· Stong attention to details
