Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating Er Tong Fong, 52, who has been missing since Monday morning.
Fong is described as Asian, five-feet-seven inches tall, with short dark hair. He speaks only Chinese.
He was last seen in the area of Willow and Preston streets wearing a black coat and blue jeans.
