At least 10 police cruisers and two police vans converged at the intersection of Iris Street and Cobden Road after a shooting at the Iris Plaza mall on Sunday evening.
Police said the shooting took place at a restaurant in the mall.
One person had been placed in the back of a cruiser at the scene.
The major crimes unit is investigating.
