A four-year-old Quebec boy who was hit in the head by a falling tree in his backyard waited 45 minutes to be transferred to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario for treatment despite repeated calls from the emergency team at the Papineau Hospital, a report from the Quebec coroner's office has found.
