Police have charged a 41-year-old Ottawa man in a series of parking lot thefts on Donald Street in early December.
Steven Wooff faces the following charges:
The incidents took place Dec. 3, in the underground parking lots of apartment buildings in the 1200 block of Donald Street.
Wooff was arrested and appeared in court Saturday. He was remanded into custody, and will appear again on Monday morning.
He also faces a break-and-enter and possession of a stolen motor vehicle charge, alleged to have occurred the same day.
Police said “DNA linkages played an important role” in Wooff’s arrest.

- four counts of Mischief Under $5,000
- two Breach of Conditions
