Ottawa police want the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a commercial break and enter last year.
Police said a man shattered the front door of a business in the 1200 block of Wellington Street West with a pry tool on Nov. 29 around 3:40 a.m.
He filled a garbage can with communications merchandise and fled the store.
Police describe the suspect as a white man, between 30 and 40 years old, between five-foot-seven and five-foot-nine, with a stocky build and a goatee.
He was wearing a grey or blue winter coat, a light-coloured hoodie, a toque, black pants and a running shoes.
Anyone with information can call Det. Angela Robinson with the Ottawa police break and enter unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 4533.
