Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a three vehicle collision near the intersection of Terry Fox Drive and 2nd Line Road just before 7 a.m. to find three people injured.
According to paramedics, an 18 year-old male suffered a fractured pelvis as well as a broken hip and a 20 year-old male suffered severe facial injuries. Both required immediate attention and were rushed to area hospital in serious but stable condition. The third victim, a 57-year-old male, was assessed on scene for minor injuries and is now in a local hospital as a precaution.
No charges have been laid. No cause for the accident has yet been revealed. Ottawa police said an investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
