后果会是什么/

刚买一旧车， 发现车子有noise,像敲小鼓， 开倒车场，检查说需要换后面两个轮胎，我自己看了一下，发现轮胎外侧胎纹比内侧磨损得厉害， 而且内侧好像高低交错，而外侧一样高，请问如果不换轮胎，后果会怎样？(let noise be) 如果做alignment or balance 是否会使声音消失？

关键轮胎胎纹还很深，not flat at all, when to save money a little bit

The uneven wearing of the tires is caused by the unbalanced wheels. First of all, you should have the wheels balanced. If the tires still have some tread left, you can still use them.
