A 33-year-old man from Laurentian Valley Township is dead after he was found trapped under a vehicle, according to police.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating after police were called to a report of an incident resulting in serious injury Tuesday on Forest Lea Road, near Pembroke.
Upper Ottawa Valley OPP and Renfrew County emergency crews responded. They found the man trapped under a vehicle, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police then notified the Ministry of Labour, which opened an investigation.
