A Val-des-Monts woman was taken to hospital Tuesday after she was bitten while trying to stop a fight between two dogs.
MRC des Collines police responded to a 911 call just after 3 p.m. from the woman, who reported a fight between two dogs in her home.
According to police, the woman was bitten on the arm as she tried to break up the dogs.
The woman fled the home and waited for police and the SPCA.
She was taken to hospital in Wakefield to treat her injury.
The two dogs were taken by the SPCA and placed in quarantine, according to police.
