About "New Time Immigration " Agent

Does anybody know "New Time Immigration"?

I saw this company's Ad in this website and send email to them.
It is very strange that they don't want to tell me their tel No. and office address in Ottawa and asked me to provide my telephone No. First.

I am a new international student in OU and I'd like to find a good
agent to help me apply P.R.

Hope your guys can recommend me one in Ottawa.
